A Final Word on Building Biceps

I’ve written 4 articles over the past few weeks on bicep workouts, and if you’ve read them you’ve likely noticed that I adhered to several precepts, so here they are again in summary:  Always mix up your repetitions – high reps – super high – low – explosive – or really slow.  Conduct different exercises for each workout – NEVER perform the same routine twice.  And most importantly, change your hand positioning with each different exercise.  Work those muscles from every angle.  If you would like a comprehensive treatment on body composition, check out my ebook.
