Consistency – The Second Most Important Variable to Looking Good

Cosmetic Success is not about how hard you work-out, or how many steroids you gobble; the second most important variable to diet is consistency. An extremely moderate exercise program can provide unparalleled results – IF – you keep at it several times a week without exception. Honestly, the best I ever looked, was when I exercised 4 days a week for 20 minutes, and it wasn’t intense or heavy lifting. I did however, workout intelligently: I never missed workouts, ate correctly, and worked each muscle group twice a week for at least 12 sets, from 3 angles, and switched movements with each workout.
