God Bless the Working Man

Nothing corrects my perspective more than a moment of clarity standing before a cashier, or a mentally challenged sacker at the grocery store, forgoing handouts like most of deadbeat America, willing to work long hours, standing on their feet, with little thanks earning minimum wage. These folks are heroes. They keep our machine working. They are the exact opposite of a deadbeat. When I hear people whining about a minimum wage increase, it’s hard to keep my fists outta their face. God Bless the working man. If anyone in America deserves a pay raise, it’s our soldiers and these folks. And never confuse the issue, a raise in minimum wage does not come at the expense of our military. They BOTH deserve a pay raise!

I do too!clerk
