Guys – Don’t Neglect Your Legs

I used to focus exclusively on upper body during college – the show off muscles, and then in the Navy since I was already a fast runner and the other testable exercises were upper body, like pull ups, pushups and swimming, all I ever did for my legs was run.  But leg strength is more important to sports and reality than upper body strength.  The legs are the foundation, and that’s where real power comes from.  So guys, if you’re into sports – leg work is critical.  And if your just working for cosmetic purposes – most women (according to a survey I read) look first at a man’s butt – not his biceps and chest.  Dena does not concur with this survey but she thinks buff guys with chicken legs look ridiculous.  She actually recommended today’s topic for that reason.
