Keep the Meat on Ladies

All women are fixated with keeping slim, but once you pass the age of 40, you better try hard to keep what muscle you’ve got and to build more, because once you’ve lost your muscle there’s no getting it back – not in your late 40’s and 50’s.  Today’s starvation plan is tomorrow’s flat and stringy look.  It’s okay to be slim, but always take in at least one gram of protein daily for each pound of body weight, and work your butt and leg muscles – with lots of sets, lots of reps and with a challenging weight.  Remember, muscle burns calories.  More muscle = less fat.  And ladies, when you’re older, I promise you’re gonna want a butt.  Men aren’t paying attention to your nails, hair and shoes.
