Maximizing Hormones with Diet

Diet and exercise RADICALLY affect hormone levels so if you want to maximize your hormone levels – regardless of hormone therapy – stay away from starches and refined sugars, eat lots of veggies and exercise.  A year into our hormone study, the MD’s (not me) were stunned to discover that the men in their 40’s who exercised and ate copious amounts of raw veggies averaged 300 points higher in testosterone and 50 points higher in IGF-1 levels (growth hormone).  That’s a crazy variance!  The success formula is totally synergistic: Correct Diet + Legitimate Exercise + Correct Hormones = Exponential Results.
