No Good Genetics Here

Although it could be a compliment, it still kills me when people who didn’t know me growing up say – you just have good genetics – because I don’t, so I thought I’d put up a picture from 1984 when I was 18 years old – at my alleged prime.  Now my step-brother on the left (Rett) had good genetics, but I was forced to work extra hard, create scientific workouts, drink my veggies all day and take advantage of growth hormones.  Any mush pot can harden up, win at their sport and feel fantastic – if they employ the trinity of fitness:  Correct diet + correct training + correct hormones = success.

I’m the softie on the right, enroute to Monte Carlo:)   00000014 (2)
