If food is a pleasure and your comfort in crisis, I’m guessing you’re overweight. But if you view food as fuel, I’m guessing you’re a shredded athlete in fantastic condition. Your looks and health could be a simple perspective shift away. You would never fill your boat’s gas cans with Coke Cola and head out for sea. Don’t scowl. This analogy is not preposterous. It’s dead on! Like anything in life, one’s perspective is absolute reality. If you correct your perspective on food, I promise you’ll be correcting almost everything else in your life. Don’t be a junkie – any form of junkie!
