One Step at a Time

Most who fail at a healthy new lifestyle do so because they take on too much too soon. They change everything at once, completely – from diet – to an overwhelming exercise program – both of which they often dread. Dreaded programs are on borrowed time! The key is to start with a realistic plan that is enjoyable and more importantly sustainable. Slow and steady plodding is the key to success in all things. So be realistic coming out of the shoot, and then once you see some results, you can dial things up a notch, one notch at a time.
