We had a saying in the Navy – Plan Your Dive and Dive Your Plan. This simply means – make a good plan and stick to it. And this applies to anything in life, but it’s especially important with diet and exercise. Don’t wander through the day eating at random and making up your workouts as you go along. That is not a plan for success! Plan your meals and workouts – and stick to it. Yes, it may require effort, but nothing good in life comes without effort.
