Plan Your Routine and Stick with It

The most important aspect to exercise is that you plan a routine and then stick with it – rigidly without excuses.  I’m stunned at how many people wing ding their exercise.  They say stuff like – I haven’t made it to the gym all week, guess I’ll work arms and back today.  You can’t make progress doing the wing ding – however you can make progress exercising just 3-4 times per week if you intelligently plan your routine and stick with it.  If you would like help forging your routine, feel free to contact me or read our Free eBook located on the toolbar.
