Prostate Cancer – Reduce Your Risk

There is no proven way to prevent prostate cancer (which nails 1 in 3 men) but there are ways to reduce your risk:  Eat a low fat diet (nuts are okay because they have no cholesterol), eat lots of raw veggies, eat fish (and also take a high quality omega-3 supplement), minimize your dairy intake (big dairy eaters have the highest incidence of cancer), drink green tea, eat beans high in isoflavones (which include soy, kidney, chickpeas and lentils), drink no more than two glasses of alcohol per day, maintain a healthy weight and get some exercise.  Does this all sound familiar?
