Speeding Up Your Metabolism

Exercise definitely accelerates the metabolism, especially interval training, but nothing accelerates the metabolism like eating!  We burn 100 calories when digesting an apple, but an apple is only 50 calories.  So if we’re eating raw foods every 2 hours we can eat all day and burn twice the calories.  It’s true!  Getting shredded is a manipulation of diet.  Please read the FREE portion of my ebook on diet.  Just click on ebook, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on free download.
