Striving to be Great at Something

I’m always fascinated with people who are great at something – whether it’s making money, on the piano, in physics or playing sports, probably because I never felt great at anything – but I wanted to be – still do.  Don’t we all? Regardless of our goal, we know the equation boils down to one thing – how hard are we willing to work.  I concede that aptitude can be a huge factor (we should never let aptitude be an excuse for the success of others), but granting aptitude is already in place, the rest of the equation is about perseverance and intelligent work.  Learn to enjoy the grind.  Work = fun, especially if you make it to number one.

I’m always looking for content so if you’ve got someone to brag on please let me know:)
