The Bottom Line with the Anitoxidant Craze

Antioxidants are now a cliché – as we’re inundated with substances claiming to detoxify the body, prevent free radical damage and promote longevity – but the truth is – everything that’s good for us is an antioxidant.  And the greatest antioxidants are found in raw produce.  You don’t have to buy every latest greatest supplement on the market.  Don’t buy a single one of them!  Just eat copious amounts of raw veggies and fruits.  A blender full of raw produce is a thousand times better than any pill.
