Want Hard Legs – You have to get Explosive

Jogging and gym machines will NOT make your legs hard.  Muscle density comes from dynamic work like: Sprints, ply metrics, leaping lunges; certain kettlebell exercises (suma squats, swings and snatches) and cleans.  If you’re not exploding on those legs, sweating and losing your breath, you’re not going to develop hard legs.  (Aggressive cycling would also work)  Get explosive!  And feel the high.  (Anaerobic exercise dumps massive endorphins and also jacks the metabolism for HOURS through EPEOC – excessive post exercise oxygen consumption)
