What’s the Deal with Gluten Free?

Gluten is a grain protein found in wheat products – especially bread, pasta and pastries, but since only one in a hundred people are highly allergic to it, the rest of us don’t need to worry about it – unless you’re eating too much of it. The problem is most of us are. But many who fall for the gluten free hype actually end up gaining weight. This is because gluten free products often contain more sugar, saturated fat, and sodium. They sell us health BS on the front end and screw us on the back end – just like most packaged products purporting good health. Avoid these liars and their bogus crap. Just eat as raw as possible. Eat small meals. Eat frequently. And avoid starches and sugars. It doesn’t matter what’s going on with your body or what your goals are, this is always the bottom line.
