Why America is Overweight

The American diet consists primarily of starches, which are cheap human cattle filler, not only addictive, calorie dense and void of nutrition – they spike blood sugar – causing obesity, fatigue and eventually diabetes.  And when you consider this starch madness in conjunction with our country’s quadruple sized meal portions, it’s no wonder the majority of Americans are overweight.  If you can avoid starches for one week, just one week, the cravings will disappear.  Be strong – break the addiction – eat lean, eat frequently and go green.
