Will You Age with Grace?

It kills me when I hear people complain about getting old because it’s such a privilege to grow old, especially in this country, so why not do it with style and grace.  All we’ve gotta do is preserve our body and mind – and of course our savoir faire.  Exercise will affect both as will hormones and diet.  Later in life, mental exercise becomes critical – like reading and pursuing interests – AND STAYING OFF MEDICATIONS!  I truly believe (and my MD friends agree) that most senior dementia is the result of over medication.  Adopt the right mindset for your journey into the future.  Nothing is more impressive than a slim fit 90 year old with a sharp wit and a cunning gleam in her eye.
