Zinc is Critical to Functional Testosterone

Any MD will tell you that zinc supports free testosterone levels.  Free testosterone refers to the testosterone in your system that’s actually available for use.  Super high testosterone levels don’t mean squat if you have an equal amount of estrogen in your system and or low free testosterone levels.  The most important supplement to support free testosterone is zinc (and also DHEA) which means – more strength, more energy, more muscle and better erectile function.  As a general rule, I don’t believe in vitamins and supplements.  I believe in a correct diet, but I do make 3 exceptions for those eating perfectly, and it’s based on our inability to acquire these nutrients through diet alone:  DHEA (which I encourage everyone to procure through the product Extenze), Omega-3 Fish Oil (Krill oil) and Zinc.

Foods highest in zinc include:  Cooked oysters, beef and lamb, wheat germ, spinach, pumpkin and squash seeds, cashews, cocoa and chocolate, pork and chicken, mung beans and mushrooms.
